XINYISEMI Shines at IEEE ISICAS 2025, Winning Best Live Demonstration Award for Innovative NB-IoT Solution
From October 26 to 27, the IEEE ISICAS 2025 (IEEE International Symposium on Integrated Circuits and Systems), a premier academic event in the field of electronic engineering, was held in Qingdao. As a key international platform for exchange in integrated circuits and system design, the conference attracted numerous top experts from academia and industry participants. XINYISEMI was invited to attend and deliver a technical presentation, showcasing its leading NB-IoT solution through an on-site demo. With its outstanding demonstration, the company won the " Best Live Demonstration Award " at the conference, fully demonstrating its technical strength and innovative achievements in the field of low-power IoT communication chips.

During the conference's plenary session, XINYISEMI delivered a technical presentation titled "A Compact Cost-Effective NB-IoT System-In-Package with Integrated RF Front-End IPD and TX/RX Gain Self-Calibration." The presentation detailed the company's breakthrough advancements in highly integrated, low-cost NB-IoT System-in-Package (SiP) solutions. By integrating RF front-end IPD (Integrated Passive Devices) and self-calibrating transmit/receive gain technology, this solution significantly reduces the size, complexity, and overall cost of IoT terminal devices, while enhancing RF performance and production consistency, providing reliable underlying hardware support for large-scale IoT deployments.

To further demonstrate the application value of its technological achievements, XINYISEMI set up a Live Demo and Poster exhibition area at the conference. The demonstrations centered around its self-developed NB-IoT chip platform, showcasing stable connectivity and low-power performance in typical scenarios such as smart meters, smart smoke detectors, and smart bike locks. In addition, based on its Cat.1 bis communication platform, XINYISEMI also presented a range of products for medium-data-rate IoT applications, including AI-powered smart toys, smart IP cameras (Internet Protocol cameras), smart POS terminals, locators/trackers, and cloud-connected speakers, which attracted many attendees to stop by for exchanges and hands-on experiences.
