RECRUITMENT POSITION

1. Develop PMU specifications and top-level architecture for SOC based on product definition, set a schedule, and lead the team to complete PMU research and development;

2. Participate in the circuit design, verification, layout, and implementation of PMU systems and modules;  

3. Lead relevant design reviews and organize relevant documents;  

4. The testing and verification work for the leader's tape out.  

1. Master's degree in Electronic Engineering with at least 5 years or PhD with at least 3 years of PMU design experience, familiar with the design of specific modules, including but not limited to Switcher, LDO, BG, POR, UVLO, etc;

2. Solid foundation in simulation design, able to independently discover, analyze and solve problems, actively love learning and have innovative spirit;  

3. Possess good teamwork spirit.

1. Develop specifications for relevant simulation modules based on product definitions, and complete high-quality simulation module development and validation;  

2. Participate in the system architecture definition of RF simulation front-end;  

3. Lead and participate in the circuit design, implementation, verification, and layout of simulation modules;  

4. Lead the design review of relevant modules and organize relevant documents;  

5. Support the testing and verification of modules related to tape out.  

1. Master's degree in Electronic Engineering with at least 5 years or PhD with at least 3 years of PMU design experience, familiar with the design of specific modules, including but not limited to ADC, DAC, PGA, Filter, etc;  

2. Solid foundation in simulation design, able to independently discover, analyze, and solve problems, actively and enthusiastically love learning;  

3. Possess good teamwork spirit.

1. Design RF analog circuit modules for various wireless communication chips, including but not limited to the following modules: LNA, Mixer, PA;

2. Independently complete or assist layout engineers in completing high-quality layout designs;

3. Assist application engineers in completing testing tasks for relevant modules.

1. Excellent academic performance during the master's program;

2. Solid foundation in RF circuit design;

3. Have designed RF analog circuits in wireless transceivers and have relevant chip fabrication experience.
